I don't even know where it started, but somewhere along the line I decided I wanted to grow my hair long and beautiful.
I decided to catalogue all I had learnt in an easy-to-understand blog on basic haircare. I leave a lot of advanced haircare information out, since I want this blog to feel easily accessible for newbies, but I try to keep some of the more technical information so that I can give thorough explanations. If you're more of an advanced haircare afficinado, some of my favourite blogs are Science-y Hair blog, The Natural Haven, and Point of Interest! The Long Hair Community forums are a wonderful resource, as well.
Under the Reviews headline in the menu are the different products and DIY treatments I try out. Under Hair School I've summarised the basics of haircare into easy-to-understand blog posts. Mostly, I've done this for my own benefit, as I find chemistry and other things pertaining to hair and products quite difficult. Finally, under Historical Haircare are my little research projects about hair and haircare in times bygone.
Somehow sustainability became involved in all of this, and I'm still working on figuring out how it fits in. Come with me on the journey!
